The Cottonwood Family Campground welcomes you
and your family for enjoyable camping here in
Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. For your convenience we
offer shaded pull thru RV sites, full and partial hookups
with riverside and mountain views, tent sites and
a mobile home for rent with a deck facing the river.
We have green grassy sites with picnic tables at every
campsite! During your stay, fish on the Portneuf
River or just sit back and relax while the Portneuf
River lulls you away into a peaceful sleep. We
have a small convenience store with souvenirs
and a game room for the kids.
A laundry room is also available.
Lava Hot
Springs offers lots of fun activities such as
swimming in the
Olympic Sized Pool and the
Hot Pools.
Tube the Portneuf River, golf at Thunder Canyon,
Hike, Bike, and ATV.
Lava Businesses provide dining,
billiards, bingo, horseback riding, wagon
rides.
Our
campground is
centrally located in
Southeast Idaho where there is always plenty to
